That is a very big habit with my kids and I always before hanging up the phone. I love ya is said. And when they come by before they leave I love ya and hugs is always the last thing we say and do. You never know if you will have another chance to say it always make it the last thing you say to the ones you love.

Both of my boys do. And the one time I forgot to cause I wwas running late for work all three of us felt extremely bad.

Nice topic silkia. I have a tradition I do with my kids around hugs. Every time we meet or leave or end the day, we hug. Every morning we have morning hugs; We hug each other one at a time, hug our self and then have a family hug. Always a great start to the day with warm connection.

Well, no, but she's 31 years old. We always say "I love you" before we hang up the phone, though.

the older one doesn't cuz he moved out, but my 12 y/o does all the time, even if he is not going anywhere!!!

yes maam!! anytime! not just b4 leaving for school or bedtime. He also brings me dandelions, chiggers, and buys me flowers with his allowance. thats MY BOY!
