my messages are invisible, only subject line appears, I click to recieve and athe message will flash for a split second in the pinkish color dialogue box, but quickly disappears, I turned off my popup blocker but no help? any suggestions?

That IS odd!!!! Never heard of that one before. But, being so unsavvy with technology, I usually reboot my computer and see if that takes care of the weird stuff. Best wishes!

It might be the ID 10 T Error Message? Could that be it?

ive had that problem, just highlight it with your mouse like your going to cut and paste it, works for me :)

For those experiencing this odd problem (not able to read the body of the email after opening it), please email me. In your email, include the operating system and browser version that you are using. Also, be sure to specify the problem.

ive had that problem, just highlight it with your mouse like your going to cut and paste it, works for me :) Yes, or press ctrl A This will highlight the entire page and you should be able to read any invisible text. |
