Topic: What happens when someone is reported?

I reported someone who wrote to me for being way out of line. His profile is still up. What procedure is usually followed and why are offensive low-lifes still allowed to be here?

hard to say. it would depend on the people runnin' the site. the offending person could be given a warning... or the person could be banned for a short period of time... or the person could be kicked out indefinitely.

When an email, or a profile is reported, the report goes to the site admins. From there it will be reviewed and actions taken. Please know that this is a huge site, so it may take some time for the report to be examined. Also, not every report made, guarantees the offender will be banned. The decisions (i'm sure) are based on the severity of the offense. If you are still receiving bad emails, simply report them and block the sender. Hope that helps, Mark- forum moderator
