Anything in excess is not good for you. Alcohol, drugs, sex, butter, coffee, masterbating, huffing paint, phalshing gerbils, and tuna helper. Moderation is the key. I really don't want to see surgeon generals warning labels on tuna helper boxes. Please restrain yourself from making this happen.

Just me, no one else around. If I put in in the fridge I will just throw it out 3 days later. No sense cooking anything special just for myself. Not sure I know how to cook for 1, after cooking for 5 for so long.

But you know they have these eating competitions- guy eats 36 hotdogs in two minutes. If they ever have a tuna helper competition- I know who to call. My moneys on you!

I know what you mean. I've wasted so much food since I've been on my own. You are solving it by eating it all at one sitting...I have been solving it by not cooking. Neither is very healthy, is it? Maybe there is a learning curve...this business of feeding one, and it just takes time to learn how to cook for 1.
