if I coulda reached through the phone ............ that tech guy would be mangled SEVERELY!!!  ever have tech support make things ALOT WORSE!?!?!!?!? OMFG!!! three phone calls and two tech agents later we managed to un do what the first tech guy ****ED UP!! what an IDIOT!!! omfg!! the moron TOTALLY ****ed my IP into a RESTRICTED ACCSESS IP !!! she had to phone some big wigs to unrestrict my IP ....... CALGON TAKE ME THE **** AWAY FROM HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
