I'm well aware of what sex does for the body, however if you can't find another outlet for your stress besides just sex, then you have real issues and should seek professional help. that would be the begining stages of addiction... Like anything else when you use an outside source to aleviate your problems, and if you are looking for random sex to do so, that makes you a junkie... A junkie will take what they can get when they can get it to relieve their addiction. So having sex with randoms to "make you feel better and get rid of stress" would be a junkie thing to do... I personally respect myself more than a junkie...
