Johnny walks in on his mother while she is getting dressed. He points at her breasts asks "Mommy what are those?" She replies "those are baloons when I die they will blow up and carry me up to heaven." He is satisfied and leaves. A few days later he comes running in and says "mommy mommy aunt Sarah is dying!" "What do you mean she is dying?" "Shes lying on the floor in the garage dads blowing up her baloons and she keeps screaming God Im coming God Im coming!"
