We are Christians that believe in showing our faith in action rather than in words. The concept of multiple spouses is in fact valid within Christianity. Where it is true that it may seem a bit unorthodox reality is that there are in excess of 250,000 within expanded family communities in the US.

Not so......If God wanted this he would of made adam,eve, and trudy........In the new testament it says over and over wife....not wives.......So as much as I love you........This is not of God.

This is one of those treads where someone is actually standing on what they believe no matter what others may think. It is not an easy thing but what are we if we do not live what we truly believe?

(1) It should be noted that the concept of polygamy is valid via levitical law.

(2) The majority of the New Testament was written in greek and translated to latin and finally to English. Many of the postions taken today are based upon the views of nthe translators nrather than the exactness of the original text.

(3) It is the position of each of us to seek our truth based upon prayer study rather than personal opinion. So where you may believe "not so" and wish to quote fancy little whimsical sayings, I choose to allow you to have your belief and for me and the other 250,000 who have a common belief to have our beliefs.

This is not designed to be a form for theological debate..but rather to simply express what I am seeking.

It wasn't even valid then......if you look at what happen to the people who thought that it was ok......Also it is old testament law....which through Christ and his shedding of his blood gave way to the rituals of the old testament laws.

And for me it's not a debate....if you want to believe it.....ok then.....but just because you do does not make it right in God's eyes.....I know the Bible....and to justify it to fit your needs just doesn't cut it.

Have your beliefs I am all for it...But please don't fool yourself into thinking it is ok......
