men and women interperet things differently. when a woman says "I think we should talk" ~~~it may be a life changing decision to them.... a guy hears this but is thinking about another epic event.........like~~~~~its prolly time to get the oil changed~~~~~

"We need to talk." generally does not bode well for the man in the relationship. It usually means a break up is "imminent" or there is some other major problem within the relationship. Or of course it could just mean we need to talk about what movie to see Saturday night. You can never rule that one out.

It seems in my past, "we should talk", usually means the guy wants some kind of commitment or something in the totally opposite realm, like a threesome! Go figure!
