Tsk tsk tsk Marley! I've heard that soaking your feet in warm water with an ice pack on your head for 20 minutes every hour helps it pass through your system faster and draws the toxins out. I don't know if it works though....I haven't been drunk in years and years and years, cause I don't hang over well atall.

Calcium, vitamin C helps as well. About 1000-3000 mg of each...used to sell Hair of the Dog a little shot of fruit juice that would fix that as well, look at your local gas station.

Vitamin, tylenol, LOTS of water.... give it about an hour or so... This is best done when you go to bed for the night though.

When I was in the army me and the other medics used to give each other I.V.s in the barracks after a night of heavy drinking...

my dad always used tomato juice or V8 juice and sprinkled pepper and salt in it. I think that was all he put in it. Helped him. Good luck and hope it goes away.
