Overt signals are best. Men like it when a woman overtly flirts with them.

I like overt.
I usually just say, "I really like you", and sometimes provide specific reasons. I find it extremely helpful to share my feelings, as it is helpful for both me and the other person, who should never be expected to read my mind. I try to never say, "You know what you did"..... after all, why bother being self aware if you don't share that knowledge with the people in your life you care for? |

Ohhh, here is what I did. I changed my ring tone to the same one he has, but only when he calls. It is the OSU fight song. I messaged him to tell him, and left it at that. Nothing more needed to be said. He got the message loud and clear.
