Thank you Lord for allowing another to come home under his own power. May he have his Brothers and Sisters to rejoice with him soon.
To think.... 26 years ago today, Aug. 19th, 1982, I ElwoodSully, also known at that time as Pvt. John Sullivan, entered Basic Training at Ft. Dix, NJ. May the shots of our enemies go wide, or high, or low, and may their weapons malfunction when they need them to work. May the shots of our Brothers, and Sisters, be true, and may their weapons work just as they were intended to work. But, most of all, may WE, as a People, never have to shoot our weapons again. Nobody, nowhere hates War more than those that are in the middle of the Warzone. |

American Pride
Whether you're deployed to the Middle East, Africa, Timbuktu or sun drenched Greece... Our thoughts of you remain the same, you're loved and admired past any physical plane. You're doing a job, only you can do we're doing ours also, to help see you through. We're here for you until the end, for it's nothing more than a new begin. Life cycles renewing, one by one you unravel the webs that have been done. You right terrible wrongs, insure peace your unwavering strength doth never cease. We're proud of our troops, of all that you do... our torch is kept lit by each one of you. We remain free, happy, calm and brave because of all of you who take us cradle to grave. You watch over us and guard us while we sleep is there any wonder why our admiration runs so deep? At the end of our day, when the work is done we pray to God for each and every one. Thank you troops and families for sharing them with us all. May God bless and comfort you as He has us - by lending you to us all. By Missie Tink |

118 views... and only 19 posts and many of them were mine this makes me sooooooooo sad... I can't conceive of the lack of thankfulness that seems to emanate from so many people don't those of you who just look, but don't act <<< know >>> that if it wasn't for our Faithful Troops we would never have the freedoms we know and take for granted all too often I am so sad..and depressed... thank you everyone else for posting... your words mean alot ... well, i see that our illustrious <<< MAN OF HONOR >>> {{{{{ <<<<< Adam >>>>> }}}}} {{{ <<< Tido11986 >>> }}} has opened my messages , so he knows of this thread... maybe he so busy ..maybe he is shy but i hope he reads this anyway and i hope that more people post their messages of thankfulness |
