Pretty much. It's a waste of the person's money if I'm ordering something I hate because it is cheaper or because I don't want someone to see me eating something I like because the person might not like it or think it is strange.

I'll usually base my order around what he is ordering.. for instance if he's ordering a sandwich I'm not going to order a steak.

When I am paying I suggest they order whatever they want because I am going to. If they are buying I ask what they are having first, and find something in the same price range.

im a really highly picky eater.. so usually i dont find much that ill eat but i always get the cheapest. i dont know i feel guilty using other peoples money.

I'm picky, yes, but I don't think I'm unreasonable. It seems the only people I meet in person who are ever interested are half my age! It's becoming more tempting all the time...
