why are politicians who break the law not tried with treason?

It is not always treason.Like actors it more less gets brushed under the
carpet tho.

There's so much lying on both sides of the political aisle. You don't
know who did what or even if they broke a law or not.

It's time for a third or even fourth party so real people can break
through the system.

I would be happy if they would do the jobs we put them in place for. oh
like makeing things better for the people, not what makes them more
money.but when they screw up they can wright a book on it and still make
money.

i agree with what has been posted.

how about this...you have to hold a physical labor job for 20 years
strait and have raised a family to even be considered for
presidentcy..every person i have ever met with that criteria was a
decent caring person..maybe i would vote then(bill...i meant breaking
the law in any of there sworn dutys,bribes and such...not jay-walking or
speeding lol)

well bill perhaps the laws should be UPdated eh?? considering the
political representatives ARE sworn in to speak on our beHALF .. I think
they should be even MORE accountable to the laws that govern us ALL no??

Treason is usually applied in "millitary" situations, or civillians that
directly cause millitary problems.

Still, the good ol' days of hanging a dirty politician in the streets
seems to have gone the way of Vespa's and Mussilini.

Sad truth is, that we dont care enough. I dont care enough, because I'm
too busy guiding my kids, working, struggling to get by, and maybe try
to find some happiness in between crisis'. Politicians are career people
- they need to politik and play off each other.
