Yes they do. But, the resident must have a proof of purchase and a writen complaint.

Shouldn't this be a deathtime guarantee as the occupant is no longer living to be begin with? This coffin is guaranteed as long as you are dead or until you can return it to the manufacturer in person

My Grandmothers was guaranteed for 100 years to with stand water leakage and such....
