You take time to write about yourself, share your interests, write a profile in a way that shows your personality, strengths & weaknesses .. throw in some humor ... 
And a guy writes and asks you to tell him a bit about yourself .. 
You say "read my profile please then hit me up for questions" 
and he has the nerve to say  
"Not fair .. don't have time to read it" LMFAO
