Talk to your son and keep the faith. Soon enough they will realize who is who and who truely loves them.

I would have to go with giggles also....shoot the *****...shame on your son for not respecting you..It does not mean you did a bad job parenting...he has made some poor life choices If a child is taught self confidence, and love and family values, nothing will turn them from those who love them... you may not be as close as you once were, but if taught that, no one can "turn" anyone away from anyone else. and on that note, the daughter-in-law or son-in-law as it were, are not responsible for the decisions that the child makes... you should be pissed at your kid for making those choices not the in-law.... No one can make you do anything you don't want to do...PERIOD. |

Don't listen to others opinions. Take control of your life and the teachings of your child. It is with in your power to have a loving influence on your child. They know this and believe in it. Stand by your child and enforce your beliefs on them. It's all in love for them and when they realize that the better off they will become and stronger.
Cherish your child and be strong for them. It is all that matters. |
