I've been a member for a while with very good service UNTIL NOW. Because of the class action settlement, a lot of subscribers are getting a month free. Coincidentally, it now takes 6-8 days for my new movies to arrive, instead of 2.

Coincidentally, it now takes 6-8 days for my new movies to arrive, instead of 2. I sent my previous DVD in Monday and I didn't receive my current one until yesterday afternoon. |

Same here there starting to sux again. Takes then to receive a movie a sent back a week before they get it! New movies back to Very Long Wait. Been w/ then since 1996 and starting to feel like that is what the service is again! Getting ready to bail.

I read something on CNN they were having problems with their warehouses this past week not sending anything on Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday of this week. I've currently got my account suspended (I've just got too much going on right now) but when I did, I would mail one in on Monday, get a new one Wednesday, send it out Thursday, and get another one Saturday. Worked pretty good for me, I was getting one at a time, Unlimited, and using IE to stream what they had offered.
Other than requiring IE on Windows (due to ActiveX usage) I've had very few complaints. |

Yeah Netflix had some glitches and no dvd's were sent out for a 3 day period..but it has been fixed. They also are crediting affected customers accounts for 15% off next billing cycle.Check on the site for more details
