Was given an American $20 today, and I have seen them in the past but not for awhile. Did they change the look of them? Buy making them a bit thicker and adding a little bit of colour with an eagle in the background?

It's been so long since i've seen one, I couldn't tell you. My paycheck goes to the bank and then i write checks for bills. I usually use my debit card for other things. I carry very little cash.

they have changed alot of the bills. the $5 has a red $5 symbol in the corner if i recall..
as for the $20 im sure as i havent seen any new $20s so you might want to ask the bank and see what they say |

Those were the new bills supposed to be copy proof...lol It took the counterfeiters two weeks to make copies lol |

How do you guys tell if it is fake? Reflective 20 in the corner and a strip through the bill that is visible by holding it up too light. They can be copied but I'm yet to see one that has been able to get the 20 sign to reflect or has the strip through the bill itself. |

I am not seeing anything reflective about it. :( Do any of the watermarks overlap each other? Also hold it up to the light and see if you can see a strip through it (it is placed in between the bill). |
