my very good friend is in the Army on his third tour in Iraq, I send him weekly care packages full of magazines and candy and odds and ends from home... Just sent him some Ohio State stuff in time for football season so he can kinda feel like he's at home...
He sent me a gorgeous framed poem about our friendship... He's so wonderful. I call him my very own personal hero. If anyone prays (no matter what your faith) please say one or fifty for his safe return home. I miss him so much. |

He's so great, just a genuinely great person. His mom raised he and his sister by herself, and he is such a great brother and son to them. He goes to college when he's home for Engineering. No one dislikes him.
He's on the front line infantry. He'll be home in April. |
