Yea that is terribble, and no offense, but half of them don't even speak fluent english, and it's so hard to understand what there saying, and you have to ask them to repeat there self, 10 times,
I hate being a it guy, sometimes im on the phone all day with people like that,

Verizon wireless im always on the phone with them to i can understand about 80% them that's not to bad,
