Had the scans done this morning.
Now its wait and see. They said a couple
of days. My deepest thankyous to all of
you.


And the kitty held real still!
The TeddyBear however bumped her elbows.
You would think that "gunk" they give you
to drink would taste better after all
of these years of medical advances though.
The dye they shot me up with,
may have me glowing in the dark.

During a routine gallbladder ultra sound and tests
a mass (tumor) was found on my liver. I had thought I was having gallbladder attacks.
They say it isnt good. I got the news yesterday.
At this point I am still in shock and disbelief.
I am having a cat scan tomarrow to see just how big the tumor is, how many there are, and
weather it has spread elsewhere in my body yet.
I will know more later about what options I am facing.

I have not even told my children yet. I have allways been the pillar of strength in my family. I wish I did not have to tell them this
news at all. They are going to freak out.
We have lost so many family members to cancer.
I am waiting to see how much the tumor has advanced before I talk to them. I am terrified.
I do know that attitude and strength are very
important when battling tumors of this magnitude.

I am asking for a surge of prayer from all of you.
For where two or more are gathered- there is much
strength in prayer. I take up my shield and sword,
and I begin this battle fighting...
