Gianni -- he asked me who I was.  Geezus, I can't even be grateful.  I'm confused... What I told you in the email? When I said he asked me what I want. So I told him what I wanted. And then he asked me who I was and after I said my full name, he said "...Nice try. She's never this nice." |

Don't worry about it, you will convince him, but it will take lots of time to reassure him that it's a complete change and not just being nice once in a while. I don't get the part about you not being able to be grateful though. |
