maybe ur approach is all wrong,u might seem to eager for attention,sometimes we say too much,get the lay of the land first,if u get that,play hard to get that sometimes works

there could be a lot of reasons they chose not to talk to you after giving their numbers... They could have just been "nice" when they gave you their # and already decided they weren't going to talk to you. They could have just changed their mind. Next time, let them ask you for your #... and let them come to you

lol, oh hell yeah I play hard to get. I go by the cat/string theory. If you pull as string just out of the reach of a cat, it will chase it. If you put the string right in front of it, the cat gets bored and moves on ;)
