I have had in depth conversations with someone who I believed had a medical condition and later discovered they had not researched their lie very well and let something slip that alerted me to their deception. The slip they made everything they'd said prior physically impossible. I don't understand why someone would spend so much time talking about an issue they didn't even have. frown

When they can't hold eye contact with as they are discussing certain subjects but can at other times.

When their stories seem to change and they don't even realize it.

Nervousness when telling you about them.
