Lots of people in the penal system use the same excuse...... It isn't one. "Forgive me for running over that kid, I was just drunk". Grow the **** up and accept responsibility for your actions.....

Everyone, tell the world.....VOLUNTARY INTOXICATION is not an excuse for ANYTHING. You choose to get drunk, and that is what matters. Everything else is the fruits of that choice the person made WILLINGLY. It just makes so much flipping sense to be unbelievable. Way easier to believe than the fact that being out in the cold can make you catch a cold.... |

but see,, being drunk gives you a reason to use the other excuse,, i stood up and damn all my clothes fell off and i tripped over my boxers and since a lady was on the floor or chair or counter or backseat,, whathave you, i fell trying to help her since i was drunk, and oops., i fell into her,, i tried to get up and off her but something locked me into her and well,, it just kinda happened
