yeah recently started again to help with the heartache.i had quit for a while but the way i see it now i got enough time after i die to go without a cigerette. and i smoke about pack a day sometimes more if im working and i let them smolder while im working cause i forget about them.

September 22nd will be my anniversary date of being smoke free for one year after smoking for 19 years.
You know, that is one habit I NEVER thought I'd be able to give up. And the weirdest part is, now that I've accomplished that, it seems like every time I hit a rough spot, it's not as hard to get through like it used to be. Weird huh? |
