not! Yes I did! I am speaking out for all those who aren't afraid to let
someone in.So you may get hurt again, So what? What joy is there in life
if you play it safe?And what about the person whose love is wasted on
you? Hell you want to play safe don't get out of bed in the morning.And

all i know is i've met some wonderful people that i may not have had i
not tried to meet them

well, Dane sometimes you get tired of trying...it's best to keep it safe
and stay indoors...but thanks...i'll not give up..and i've met some
wonderful people here...

Gosh !!!!!! Yes getting hurt does suck and
the pain sometimes can be overhelming,Yet the past is the past
and to bring it into a new friendship/relationship you are then not
allowing yourself to truly live,,, its okay to feel cautious,
scared,,,relay that to the one you have met take it slow, listen, learn
and laugh together, Love is incredible and to let it walk right on by
you, well that makes for a very loney life,,,, We are not promised
tomorrow live for today live for yourself keep your heart and mind open
with alittle caution,, but closing oneself off to the possibilities of
Love,,, WoW!!! Now that scares me not loving again or being loved thats
scary.....

Thank you Kaks, But I have to agree with (((D))) and big Pappa You have
got to love, being afraid is a normal response,but have the courage of
your convictions to see it through.

It's not that we are afraid to love. It scares the hell out of us to be
honest. It's not always just the past but the future too. Wondering is
this really true will it still be this way tomorrow? Are they just
toying with my feelings? Is this too good to be true? All I can say if
you find that special one then understand were they are coming from also
and take it slow. Myself ya I have all those questions and more. It's
really hard to give your all if you have not meet the person. Trust is a
big thing for me and I do try to trust all until they give me a reason
not too. But it is hard to really build that trust until your looking at
them face to face. In those moments you can tell if all you have talked
about is really there and if those feelings are really there. Until then
just go slow don't rush things all good things take time.

I wouldnt say im scared of real love but I have been hurt in the past
and it is hard to trust and let my gaurd down. Ive seen my mom go
through really hard time when my ex-stepdad cheated on her and wanted a
divource after 15 years of marriage. I am not saying that all guys are
alike im not saying that at all. By all means I just havent found anyone
trustworthy here, it is a small town of 1100 ppl so i know everyone lol.
I need to get out in the real world and meet people, gets lonely at
times. But i hope the best to everyone who is looking for thier soul
mates. And if you ever had a bad expierence with a ex just member like
they say when one door closes another one opens, that statement keeps me
sane at times LOL.

i've been hurt in every relationship i've been in by problem is i fall
in love to fast i let people in to fast i found out that i just have to
back off and keep a gard up until i can trust that the person can be
trusted to be let in my saying is better to love and get hurt then to
never love at all. now to find someone to try this all out on is my new
problem lol

Its not a ? of being afraid, it is a question of do I want to put my
heart out there and have it stomped on
