A good balanced diet, exercise, and loving life will keep that ticker going. yeah,but you will still be fragile,strength,stamina do leave your body as you get older,but you can still have no medical problems

Maybe I'll sell my body to science and see if they can form an improved 100 year old that's not fragile and pruned looking.
