leave the United States to live in another country?

Unless your ancestors are American Indian, you are a descendent of immigrants who gave up their lives for a better life here.

If you felt a better life could be found in another country, would you exit?

It would depend on what country and largely on the conditions there at the time I would be living in it. Who I'm moving there with would mean a great deal to me as well. happy

I would be down for the adventure! Just as long as I could come back and visit my family on a regular basis.

I agree with No1s .... it would also depend on who I was taking the adventure with flowerforyou

this is certainly NOT the best life here in north america - i can assure you that but it is a good life comparing to others.

immigrants stay here for various reasons - some for freedom, some for economic reasons but the really good life is back where they come from. ask them about it and you will hear it.
there are exceptions but most of it is for economic reasons.

unfortunately money is what keeps most immigrants here, not a whole lot else. anyone who disagrees with me is fine with me.

people often, in their hearts, never leave their true homes - back in the country from where they originated - believe it or leave it. the same goes for those who were born here, america will always be home, no matter where you wander.flowerforyou

Yes I'd go but not permanantly. The adventure would be great as long as I didn't lose my head.

Who knows. It would definitely be interesting to live in another country. At least for a while. If the opportunity presented itself, I'd probably take it. Depending on where it was, of course.
