As I sit here in my canoe.
Oh what a beautiful view.
Watching the birds fly.
Way up high in the sky.

Up on the mountain side is a cove.
There sits a beautiful white dove.
I watch as two dragonflies collide.
Then land right by my side.

I watch the top of the trees.
And feel a cool breeze.
Out pokes from the branches a small doe.
Up above on a limb I hear the sound of a crow.

I watch as a fish flops.
And felt a few rain drops.
It starts to sprinkle.
As I watch the does eyes twinkle.

It is only a short mist.
A butterfly lands on my wrist.
The colors of red, purple and yellow.
This day makes me feel so mellow.

I love days like this.
God’s special way of giving a kiss.
Like the cool breeze upon your face.
Right here in this place.

Thank you all somedays life just seem so peaceful and we get lost in our
own thoughts of daydreaming and what life could be like. Just off in my
own little world lol
