your teeth that are normally under your gums do not have a coating shell on them which makes them more sensitive... so brushing with a high floride toothpaste gives them a temperary shell to protect them.. but a tube costs 12 bucks at the dentist for that...for now id just use a good floride toothpaste from the store. and crest proactive mouthwash is really a good wash..

ok update... doc wants to schedule a removal and biopsy of the mass type thing they found... depending on what it is it could be the cause of the headaches and nosebleeds.. as for the teeth i have started to not take a drink to bed with me after i brush my teeth and they have started to feel a lot better... i think because most of the time i took tea to bed maybe the sugar and acid was sitting on my teeth all night and was makin them hurt?? no clue there but at least the tooth problems have uncovered something else

These are signs of a sinus infection...but also, look into paradontal disease. It is when your bone mass in your gums start breaking down and your teeth shift and have no support.

It does sound like a sinus infection. Im no doc but if you are having trouble with your nose and headaches, that sends up a big read flag for me.

Im no doc but I have had sinus infections and they can cause pain all over the head.

Get to the Dr and or dentist. I know you dont have insurance, but if the nose bleeds get too bad, you can go to the emergency room and they have to see you by law, and they have to bill you. Dont worry about the bill until you can pay it. They can't do anything to you if you cant pay right away.
