when it comes to democrats and republicans, you are going to have the s___ slinging..........they can't agree on anything that suits the taxpayers or themselves........i have a strange feeling after this election, independents will pop up from each state in all phases of government.........we will rule once again........(YOU WATCH).........

I agree its silly. At first I thought this thread was about McCains campaign tactics though! Now those are dirty mudslinging. This one was just ridiculous!

Al Franken was a comedian,and its obvious Norm Coleman is NOT. Was this ad suppose to be funny? Whats next...."your mama" jokes? I don't think this is funny. Do you think these type of ads will actually gain minnesotan's votes? What is truly class about Frankin is, well. Nothing. But it is semi classy that he is trying to evade hundreds of thousands in taxes.

The mother of one of my employees dated Tom Davis when he and Al Franken were writing together early on for SNL. She said Al would occasionally accompany them and she was appalled by how arrogant and condescending he was to anyone around him and that his on air personna is a polar opposite of his personality. He, in her words, is an a**hole. It should be noted that she is a liberal and claims that he is out for himself and his ego. Sounds like a standard politician to me.

Id never vote for a celebrity. Esp a pro-wrestler, they are too good of an actor! Cant trust them!!
