"Head games" is kind of open to interpretation I would imagine. I would consider it constant lying, story telling, exaggeration, creating unnecessary drama and strife over the course of a relationship. Is that the way most others define it? In that case I think some individuals actually thrive in an environment of self created turmoil. It’s almost as if they need that in order to feel important and in control. I’m uncertain if there is actually a psychiatric diagnosis for it but there probably is. I’m guessing that because of the manipulation they impose on others, it would fall under the same category as sociopaths.
