Well that depends on the context that you are using this in..but regardless thats is just an honest comment, and I personally would not find that offensive.

I wouldn’t fly off the handle if you said that to me. I think I would understand the intended sentiment. However, might I suggest "I'm looking to find the right chemistry with someone." This implies that it is no one's fault if in fact they do not meet with your expectations. It simply sugests that when you find the right lady, you will know and she will know. Just a thought. You never really can predict how people will interpret or misinterpret things that are said to them.
