 Seriously I think that you need to understand eachother.

They work opposite shifts of one another, spending one to two days a week together.

Communication and honesty are the most important. But they have to like each other and be able to understand each other's moods and little quirks as well.

Acceptance of one another and their faults and good communication. At least I heard this.....
