A dear friend of mine is having reconstructive surgery due to cancer and I promised him I would be there at one point so I could see him when he gets out of surgery Heya sweetie .. why are you headed to the hospital? what's going on? I have a new # btw .. a new chapter in my life has begun ... broken healing and strong enough to let 'him' go That's very thoughtful of you Merle .. when people go thru stuff like that they need our support..

now onto those mimosas .. I sure could use one .. Hands the lady a tall mimosa and makes sure a smile is added with that hands tender a $10 for the great service ..

Yes and he is an awesome person and a good friend, so I will be there just as he would be here for me. Shoulda done this 3 years ago .. when I saw the first red flags. But I kept going hoping things would change. Never did. I hate ripping off bandaids, but this time I did it. I had too. Was in a place where I couldn't NOT do it. Thanks again ..
