I went out with a girl that had alot of things I was looking for in
someone. We were friends before we went out but now I think she doesn't even want to be that close. Right now she is dating someone that almost weighs 400 pounds, does drugs, and likes to ruin good people. What can I do to get over her because I know we have nothing in common anymore but I still kind of have feelings for her? |

You're a good-looking guy, move on. I know it's easier said than done.
But you seem to have your head on straight, the perfect girl for you will come along and you won't even remember what's her face. She sounds like she is very insecure about herself all I can suggest is to pray that she realizes what her choices will do to her in the end. |

I was having the same problem. I dated this girl for almost three years.
Then one day she stopped loving me. I just told myself that I would be fine and there are plenty of girls out there. She just wasn't the one for me. I wished her the best of luck and moved on. Sure it hurt for a while, but I got over it. You'll be fine dude. |

I had a hard time getting over someone once... I found it easyer if i
kept myself busy and kept my distance... It still took time but as long as my mind was on other things it goes by alot faster....(stay strong) |

Go out with friends and just enjoy life. Think of it this way...maybe she needed to go away so you'll be "open and ready" for the right one to enter your life!!!!! Hope you are smiling and laughing again soon

is a real friend then they will always be, so if it's just a thang, then better to know then keep on pretending to think one knows and get past the thang, and move on to the real |

Best bet is just to move on. Find some new friends to hang out with, let
some time pass, keep your chin up and wait for a better match. If that doesn't work out and it gets really bad you can always move to Hawaii and learn to surf, start a fishing charter service and sing Hawaiian songs. |

40yrs from now, you'll wonder why you ever wrote this. Way to young to
be so involved, I hope you learn what REAL love is. Fall off a horse you get up & get back on. Your age lose a girlfriend, go to a party & find another. Odds are you'll have a lot of them. EXTRA ADVICE: Keep it covered so you don't HAVE to get married. DOn't regret my kids, but could have done w/o the yrs of battle. Want more advice, ask us old guys. The choices in life are YOURS. |
