Your children are not baggage. They are blessings. But the exes that you had the children with that come over all the time that you constantly yell and fight with and I have to stay neutral and silent in the middle of it makes me feel like baggage to your baggage. The stress caused by all the interim bullsh!t is drama.

Your freinds problems that you involve yourself in when you do not have to is baggage. Living just for your freinds problems is drama.

The hatred you feel for your father over something trivial and stupid that you refuse to let go of is baggage. The constant destruction of your health over it is drama.

Neuroses and insecure behavior is baggage. Your inability to change things that you have no control of like acts of god and of nature is drama.

Drama means your life is constantly in chaos or crisis mode. If you don't have enough, you manage to create some more. Baggage means you have unresolved emotional or psychological issues from past relationships.

i understand it to be:- drama is when your still hung up on your ex, and going through a divorce and baggage is, someones whos just seperated and not divorced and someone who has children.

Drama - the act of initiating or participating in emotional upheaval. Baggage - psycological damage from the past that proves that you have had a life and lived it to it's fullest and hopefully learned from your mistakes. These are also issues that often come back to haunt you even after you think you have dealt with them satisfactorily.
