Oh no worries! She was just a jealous little woman who couldn't stand that anyone had the nerve to "take her son away from her". She was pitiful really. But I learned to roll my eyes and keep on keepin on!

and that probably got to her more than if you'd have fought back... sometimes mother-in-laws are the worst, mine was awesome, but my father-in-law...that's another story.

That's what I'm saying though, the ones who really want to get under your skin, if you ignore them it works to your advantage, or even better...kill em with kindness... they hate that.

but you're complaining about people who meddle, so it must bother you. If someone is doing something you don't like and it effects you, tell them...or ignore them... but if you do nothing, they will continue to do it... it's your choice.

I completely agree with you lily. So then my question is why would someone bring the subject up if it didn't bother them? To me it doesn't make any sense to even post a subject about it then.

I merely made an observation, asked for opinions and stated my own. And perhaps miserable people do bother me to a wee little degree...but not so much I would lose any sleep

I don't think anyone has anymore...just maybe more of certain things. Like someone may have more money, but you may have more character...etc..I tend to see life as a balnce, Mitch. Then, I have been told I see thorugh rose colored glasses.

I said on those two topics... not everything. I have lots of opinions, and I spout them off freely... I don't think anyone would argue that point...

Your opinion effected me because you are a smart woman, but you are obviously upset about something or someone, and my intent was to shed some light onto a situation for you.

If someone complains and does nothing to resolve their situation it seems to me that it is no longer the issue of the person who has intent to "harm" but indeed it is the issue of the person who will not face that which upsets them.

I'm well aware of who and what I am, and where I stand in life.... I stumble, but I rarely fall.
