I think they are hot ESPECIALLY when worn in the TRUEST sense And a friend of mine (who lives in Scotland and comes to the States once a year) was kind enough to educate us

I never quite understood why men wear pants to begin with...with the package hanging the way it does, skirts seem to make for sense for them and pants for us....
