I am SO excited and giddy and I just wanted to share my joy. My daughter told me this summer that she wants to stay with me instead of going back to AZ (where she lives with her dad) for the new school year. She's starting high school and realizes how much she needs my type of rules and emotional support instead of just depending on our phone conversations... so I am just beside myself with happiness! I talked to her dad about it and he's finally agreed to it and will help out a lot, too. I've prayed for this so long I don't know what to do... and I can't sleep!

Today my brother's eldest daughter, my neice, is getting married....I've known her all of her life, so its a bit of nostalgia seeing her through all the stages of growing up becoming a woman & finally marrying....it will be a grand wedding too... Enjoy your daughter Ember

Congrats EE!!! I wish my ex saw things the way urs does. My 17 yr old daughter has been wanting to come live with me for 2 yrs now but he won't allow it. I'd fight it but don't have the money for a lawyer. I rejoice for u, trully I do!!
