Congrats EE!!! I wish my ex saw things the way urs does. My 17 yr old daughter has been wanting to come live with me for 2 yrs now but he won't allow it. I'd fight it but don't have the money for a lawyer. I rejoice for u, trully I do!!  Thank you so much. My ex threatened a lot about court garbage, too... that was the only hope he had... to scare me... but in the end, when she decided to put her foot down and not give in to his guilt trips and bribery, he agreed to let her stay. He really doesn't have any say in the matter. Your situation is very unfortunate... but wouldn't the courts agree that it's her decision, not his?? |
