It's a subjective point of view of course. Let me explain.

FACTS

Facts must be "proven" and "proven" means agreement. Without the agreement of the majority, it is not called a fact.

Proof depends upon belief and observation and agreement. If you do not believe the proof, and you can't agree with the majority, then you reject it as fact.

Therefore, as far as facts are concerned, they are basically voted on by the majority who believe the evidence presented.
Not everyone will agree with the conclusions which are labeled "facts" for what ever reasons.

Therefore facts are basically the opinion of the majority.

TRUTH

The same can be said for truth. It is a matter of belief. There are many things labeled "truth" and for every alleged "truth" there will be evidence to the contrary.

So basically truth amounts to information. All information, even contradictory information stored in the subconscious is taken or considered "truth" to formless substance.

Therefore:

Fact = opinion
Truth = information

Of course I am speaking on a level of awareness outside of the reality matrix we have all agreed on as being REALITY.

Reality itself is an agreement.
