She Says and in her quiet sideways look she says hold me I have waited a long breath held passion's blue flame has not been snuffed out she looks over her shoulders as she walks away she says I have walked across the savannah searing heat of distance yet I am cold In the sky higher still where the yellow of the sun leaves the heat rings to move over the sands shade is her thought cool is her desire and embrace her long wet drink distance blows still quiet Raine Les 7/24/2008
