As for me, I have been able to meet many people that are very special. Friendships have developed and, being an optomist, I feel that it is only a matter of time before something special will happen. How about the rest of you?

Oh I think everything is hopeless. Its doom, and gloom, and chaos, and destruction. Uh what was the question again?

i had been here over a year before i met my one and only...

until i met him, i email, i chat, i have friends, i vent, i share laughter joy, and tears..


i have 4 children, and am raising them on my own, so for me going out to the bars, or whatever is not realy an option very often... so i get outside contact here a lot of the time.. i have had many of my close friends sign up and some of them have even found love...

but wether you find love, friends, or confidants.....

isnt it worth the price that we pay to be here....

This site helped me get my confidence back after my divorce. I have made some good friends a couple of on going hook ups and I am seeing someone from here now.......All and all it has been good.

It has been a good part of the whole socializing thing for me. Between, work, bars, church, school, friends, family and here I got it covered.....and I feel doomed to meet the right one someday if its not already happened.

I've met a few people who don't seem to mind my sarcasm.

Someone special?? Not yet. Not holding out too much hope, but there wouldn't be ANY hope if I stopped hanging around.

Its just a great way to pass the time between my self affirmation meetings, my NA meetings, my optimist club meetings, my psychologist and psychiatrist appointments, and my green derby ice cream socials.

Ya'll be sure & let us all know how that whole church/bars scene is workin' out for ya'
