Well, I buried a husband 2 1/2 years ago. My daughter is without her dad. Proper diet, excercise and quitting smoking might have at least allowed him to see her graduate from high school.

Men don't have to worry about their appearance as much as women do because they are valued for other things. Women are judged on how they look so they worry about such things. It's not about looks...it is about being around for your loved ones!

Yes, life style has a lot to bear on our health. Started learning 7 yrs ago & now my blood work is better than when I was 45.

i workout 6 days a week,i eat very healthy and never touched the booze or any drugs and other crap i booze and drug and crap six days aweek and don't eat healthy
