Okay, so I have many problems in my life right now.

I get bad spirts of depression

I bing eat.

I over spend (in other words if I spend money on anything but bills I'm in trouble)

I'm in debt up to my ears

and on top of all of this I can't shake the thought that if I only had a man to hold me and tell me "everything will be okay" that everything really would be okay.

My point? I need help, but I have no money for it. I need to know how to kick this dirty cycle I've gotten myself into.

seek professional help
there are agencies that either offer free assistance or help you on a sliding scale basis.

good luck

Where are these agencies. Do you know names or someone I can contact?

United Way is a good source of information for counseling services if you have no insurance. Also, some colleges have therapist students that perform student counseling to graduate. Every city has some form of free counseling for people.flowerforyou

It sounds like you are using outside things to deal with internal issues. Food, material items, sleeping, avoidance, none of these things fix what is inside.

Look through your phone book for community mental health agencies.... call them and ask.

You need professional help.
