I get an email stating I have new mutual matches, and when I open it up, it's a damn female....what gives with that???? I don't remember stating I'm looking for a female, but maybe the mutual match ghost redid my profile

well i'm 24 and i keep getting matches that ate like 50, when i set it to 24-31

You can click on "match with me" & show up on anyone's list. It's an impersonal way of seeing if they are interested. I had a female freind do this as a joke.

mutual match is not set to your preferences... it is just a way for other members to let you know that they are interested.. if you look a members profile while in Mingle2... there is a button that says "match with me" you click that button, and they become a mutual match.... this is based completely on members selecting you... has nothing to do with your preferences..... good luck!
