you seperate your colors from your whites? Towels from the rest of the wash?
The reason I ask is I was at a friends house the other day and she puts everything in all at once. I have to have bleach in my whites. |

throw it all in together unless its extremely grimey
my only whites are socks so it dont matter. if there is something im worried about, ill hand wash it

dark colors light colors/perm press sheets and towels whites with bleach |

And DO NOT wash jeans with darks...the heavy fabric eventually wears holes into the other clothing...just a tip

Yeah, I do several loads:
Kids clothes - hers all go together Sheets Towels Jeans Whites Colors ALOT of stuff goes to the dry cleaner though. |

I hate laundry it takes me all day I have my a large family that live with me so yes I do laundry every day sometimes 5-6 loads a day
 I seperate and bleach and iron and hang. I love it when the 4 year old great nephew wanted to help put a red shirt in the whites oh my my his dad was wearing pink underwear.

i just did a few loads yesterday....and like the others stated separate dark & white, linens & towels...even washed my light summer blanket....i loved jumping into bed last night with the feel of clean, fresh smelling linens...too bad i was alone...

I seperate...towels I generally put with whites for bleaching...unless of course they are colored towels, they go by themselves

I absolutely have to seperate my wash. I have lots of iron in my water (from my own well). If I don't seperate, use bleach and an "iron out" additive, all my whites turn yellow.

I hardly iron at all anymore with fabrics I wear. And, I have that spray sizing stuff that you just spritz on the clothers you are wearing and pull the wrinkles out. I'VE GOTTEN SO LAZY!!

I hardly iron at all anymore with fabrics I wear. And, I have that spray sizing stuff that you just spritz on the clothers you are wearing and pull the wrinkles out. I separate towels, colors (light and dark, because black jeans get my light colors grey), and whites.

It all depends on how much laundry I have... its just me and kido... so if I keep up on the laundry and only have a couple loads... I throw it all together... but if I don't keep up then I separate colors.... plus I pay to wash... so doing a small load just isn't worth it.
